‎The salvation equation, “believe on the LORD Jesus Christ ‎and you will be saved” is elementary. It is one of many faith sayings which, due to the lack of precision, have become part of the confusion of modern pharisaism.
The standard proclamation “whoever believes in Christ has everlasting life” ‎cannot reasonably be parallel to “believe and go to heaven”. Having eternal life is not the same as getting eternal life. Going to heaven is not the same as passing from death to life‎. Having life is not the same as living forever, but no one tells us these things.
