Canadian television keeps giving air to the orange juice exuding from the spectre of Mar a Lago instead of having the gravitas to put a disclaimer at the beginning of clips coming from the abyss that is Republican Party politics. When the Bloc Quebecois and the Conservatives offer their parallel to the escalator speech of the Mar a Lago felon the cheer will no doubt be loudest and clearest from white Canadians and wannabes in the prairies. It is not too much to ask that news broadcasts post a disclaimer at the beginning of every citation of the American president, and adding a laugh track at the end.
Let this accompany every citation of the felon of Mar-A-Lago
The following is likely to be laced with lies, megalomaniac fables, racist slogans, religious nincompoopery, and fascist pride.
Make America Great Again. Blah, blah, blah.
<Laugh track>
