Everyone who has reached middle age knows for certain that  governments and religious organizations are either deliberately creating a workforce at minimal cost.  They are agents of slave mentality and economies.  Why would a supposedly independent thinker on CNN invite a host to opine about the maxim “Follow your passion”?  We are pretty sure that passion drove the American revolution and sheer evil invented the Soviet bloc, now facing a resurrection attempt.  It is pure passion that makes the Supreme Court of the United States agree with ignorant religious bigots on every issue, not facts, not science, not legal foundations.

Shush the personal integrity and work hard for pennies

Some friend or other colleague-type named Galloway calls the maxim “bullshit”. and I could not help but notice that the video clips that introduced Michael Smerconish’s question included veritable icons of American society Senator Warnock and Oprah Winfrey.  Michael and his friend are probably right now nursing their tongues because of the damage done by their own teeth.  They know that work without passion is an imperialist capitalist invention.  Black workers on White-owned plantations sang while they worked because they had a PASSION to be free not because they loved their work.  The humming of a tune coming from the kitchen and the whistling of a catchy melody are signs of PASSION, signs of comfort, signs of expectation of satisfaction  the products of labour will bring.

Whose side will we take, labour or slavedriver?

You will never hear Smerconish or any of the independent pundits and preachers say that America is  a filthy w**** who pays her johns, and thinks herself a queen but she is nothing but a has-been widow.  Did anyone start a campaign against Ezekiel, a priest no less in sixth century BC Israel, when he described Israel’s harlotry and the buffoonery of her prophets and princes?  Not a dog did bark! How dare Smerconish pretend to be a philosopher, asking questions he hopes will shape, on the sly, the sickening MAGA world of white tyranny. One either occupies oneself passionately or succumbs to prostitution and hypocrisy. The love of money is a passion that sends the greatest persons into the torment of Gehenna. The love of humanity is a passion that the American sages who dreamed up the constitution knew would challenge their people to fly high or sink like stones into the deep.

What quality do you value most in a friend?

If the world turned dark, cold and toxic I would need light, heat and a healing tonic. If I knew of a world where darkness, cold and toxicity had set in threatening life I would want to be there for that world’s residents. The sun, our friend, perfectly positioned to light and warm this planet, is the kind of friend I value and want to be.

Just a few minutes exposure does it

It used to be perfectly ok to be in the sunlight all day but now that is dangerous. Friends can also be a bit much too, so the right amount of exposure to a reliable friend is exactly what I value most. I call that metered reliability.

What personal belongings do you hold most dear?

If someone could take from me my guitar, my Greek New Testament, and my Hebrew Bible I would grieve and mourn, but I will also be certain that the very memory of what those things have contributed to my life will dry my tears and embrace me with perfect comfort. My guitar needs fingers, so they are most dear too. The two halves of the Bible, sacred to hundreds of millions worldwide, need a hungry and curious mind, so my mind, as designed, is on that list of most dear. After all, thinking is a thing too.

Unlike Jimi Hendrix, who on discovering his lover was no longer residing at the Red House, said “I can still play my guitar”, I, without sacred text and guitar, would play the memory.

Waiting for Hitler 2.0

Do not dare to guess that a united Europe or Africa will rise up and execute justice in the earth.  The People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation are mere pantomimes of Nazism and Fascism.  They will not become champions of equity and mercy because their primary interest is tyranny.  Rome will cling to its fascistic heritage and empty pride in the Vatican.  The powers that clashed in the last world war may think that they have the world’s attention with their humanitarian ventures and economic progress, but the US, Japan,  and the UK are waiting for a rabid fox to grab the microphone and incite rebellion-as-protest, mass murder as law and order.  The rags of the evangelical and nationalist alliances are soon going to appear as a robe of righteousness and the majority of humanity will be deceived, because most people, including the mass of religious people,  believe that the world needs a strong individual, a Hitler 2.0.

Test run in progress, boos crescendo

The so-called strength of law and order has been shown to be a dud, and no sound byte coming from the dumb watchdogs over human longevity and global progress are in for a long and resounding booing.  The blind watchmen are testing their false alarm mechanisms, and the people with their fingers on the buttons of government are diluting the authority of genuine jurisdiction.  The world is plunging into a period of city power, regional managers, a certain de facto era of bandit kings, in the image of nineteenth century BC Canaan.  People are deafened by the lies that have fed them in the centuries since the 13 colonies rebelled against the British Crown.  A nation under God, Israel, supposedly for seven centuries, survives as an  adulteress, so what are the chances that the United States is actually a nation that cares about justice and equity? Let’s have an icy toast of lava from Kilauea when the world’s attention gets riveted on the man who will solve humanity’s problems.

Amber alert and martial law

Every community will hear the message issuing from police cars and from our cell phones that the time has arrived for drastic action to end humanity’s chaos and suffering.   Failure to comply with instructions, especially for registration under the new regime, will result in execution.  So it is written, and so it will occur.  We have heard of scenarios including  microchips inserted into the human body for record location and bodily functions, manipulation of the nervous systems by wireless technologies,  enforcement of rest days, participation in any government program, but the only thing that is consistent with the facts is the control of human access to markets, the ability to buy and sell.   The devil does not need to be stealthy at this point in human history.  He has every kind of religious affiliation and gathering under control, and only the branded ones will admit that Satan is their master and teacher.   As quickly as the civic powers can find a pretext to enforce uniformity they will do  it,  Some observers have seen a dry run in the measures implemented to combat the recent respiratory virus global pandemic.   Diversity has been a bar too high for most governments, especially all the states that have a formal tie with worship of God.  Hitler 2.0  is going to embrace all religions, will insist that the good of the human race depends on a benevolent approach and a complicated system of justice.  Compliance with the hyper-tyrant will be easy because of the incentives and the compulsion.

The right heroes

Right wing values are dressed up as family-friendly and responsible.  They are even part of the great tomorrow which is the supposed alternative to Make America Great Again rubbish,  but let that Judeo-Christian hybrid lunacy linger in your mind for too long.  That law-abiding, xenophobic, miracle-fabricating , pocket-picking, army of motivational speakers will not find enough lawyers and publicists to stave off the indictments and..  Who could be the heroes of the neo-fascists beside the likes of Berlusconi, Orban, a battalion of Harvard-schooled idiots, paranoid bullies and wannabe emperors like Kim Jong-Un, Erdogan, Netanyahu and Xi Jinping.  All the heroes of the right are persons conducting  criminal enterprises in plain sight who  think that they will never see the inside of a court of justice as defendant.  Perhaps their aides will prevent them from falling on their swords or whatever grand finale our Caligulas might dream up as right and heroic.

What time is it?

When the globally acclaimed fuhrer shows up most people who havve been saying “there is no God”, “slavery was just fine”, “free speech and insurrection are human rights”, “aliens and foreigners are second class humans” and “civilization progress comes from strong leaders, land grabs, borders and tribal wars are natural phenmena” will not recognize him until feet are in the stocks, their ears permanently glued to hateful slogans, and their hands are itching to commit homicide. Of course it will then be too late. Playuing ganes with press freedoms, police immunity, exploiting workers, and oppressing the vulnerable with a convenient model of equality, law and order will have caught up with the neo-nazis, religious fundamentalists, and conservative or right wing politicians. The time will then be “up” and the mother of all Hitlers will evry drop of milk and hioney from the brass testicles of the wise , the prudent., the rich and the powerful.

What’s a job you would like to do for just one day?

My dad was a harbour pilot.  My interest in his work was once an idealistic dream. He learned the waters of our nation from his dad, and I never saw how he and I could be in a similar situation.  I will be happy piloting other kinds of ships to harbor and be satisfied knowing his pride in my work.

Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?

I do not pretend to have found a single maxim that informs or empowers my lifestyle. In my opinion that kind of consciousness is playacting. Everyone who is purposefully thoughtful knows that a person’s intellectual and moral usefulness does not come from the quantity of thoughts. Just look at all the patriotic and paranoid leaders in the paragon nations of the world. Do they not all have rigorous and exhaustive legislative processes that fail to protect human dignity and even seem indifferent to human safety? The thought that comes to mind these days is about stopping fascist, conservative, nominal Christian leaders from keeping people in fear and capitalist Gehenna because they are afraid of caring for others who are neither Christian, conservative nor fascist.

The love we deny in a tragic deathroll

I do not live by asking myself “What did So-and-So say?” The vast majority of my actions have sprung from patterns that have been around long before I came into existence. I affirm that I am the product of love. My parents were attracted to each other, grew to be friends, were undoubtedly erotically active, combined their philanthropy into caring for me way past my own journey into attractive, friendship and caring for my own love products. If I wanted to appear grounded in a single thought I would have to express loyalty to one of the death cults that passes as a guardian of sustainable life. Every wise person is the product of his environment and more often than not is an unapologetic disciple of his nation’s philosophy. There will soon be nothing to live for or by if life continues to end tragically in pursuit of a single thought or action. We are better off recognising that life is stewardship over a variety of domains and not over one another. Having a single thought to guide a lifestyle is like the deathroll of an alligator; pure and egocentric consumerism. The relationship between my thoughts and my lifestyle is more autonomous than deliberate. I do not have to THINK about helping someone who has fallen by and needs help, nor do I have to THINK about accepting help when I myself have fallen and need help.
