Goodbye wooly-eyed patriots

Crime rises in places where the crime-busters and their governing authorities are committing crimes in plain sight. In some jurisdictions we find the criminals boldly proclaiming their right to pervert justice, pledging publicly to “double down”, “triple down” and “quadruple down” in their infamous intentions. The failure to connect the dots is the biggest dereliction of duty in decades by the people as an important bloc in the democratic powerhouse.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12

Forget small time crooks, mentally unstable people! Crime is big business these days, often run from the executive mansions in some countries. States like Israel, today’s criminal state in the spotlight, and most of her neighbours are being exposed as wool-deployers, with their activities fostered by religious zealots and so-called patriots.

Do you believe in fate/destiny?

I have retained my confidence, my belief, in God who regulates all processes in the universe with foresight and wisdom.  It is obvious that fate is a sibling to the ballot box, enabling  divided houses that have long ago fallen to appear as standing and functional for the common good. 

Fate’s faces

One person’s chaos is another person’s utopia.  Fate looks a lot like a mother giving birth, nurturing a child, and providing the resources and assistance to that child towards success as a person and a useful member of any community.  Conversely, fate is not a host of fallen empires clinging to corrupt practices to maintain influence and international prestige.  The humble mother of Yeshua of Nazareth said that fate would have the mighty pulled off their seats and the meek exalted.  Destiny for those bound is freedom, and destiny is wearing my neighbour’s shoes and letting him have my coat.

Israel does not intend to kill civilians

Ha, ha, and ha.   Newscasters may push their polished definitions of what is happening in Gaza, but what the Israeli government has been doing for over 50 years is neither secret nor debatable.  A murder policy, a settler policy, and an annexation policy amount to crimes for which the Israeli government hoped it would never have to pay.   Pay day is here!

Humanity, political legitimacy, spirituality

These are the new scales of evaluation for public figures.  It does not matter what ivy league school they attended, or which branch of the military they served in.    Black political savvy does not include giving the freed slaves a bit of land to call their own.  Lacking, grade A.  White politicians say “one nation under God” and mean a pimped up slave economy run by sanctified bigots.  Seriously lacking in humanity, political legitimacy, and especially spirituality.

I cannot shame the memory of a host of nations pontificating over Israel’s despicable crimes.  For seven days Israel’s racist leaders and policies have been excoriated before the International Court of Justice.   Without exception, the halos of fascism, misogyny, xenophobia and oppression of the vulnerable were adorning the heads of Israel’s accusers.  All were seriously lacking in humanity, political legitimacy and spirituality, but justice had to have her way.  Many of them studiously avoided speaking about human rights: I noticed.
