Signaling the End of Injustice

Israel has been propped up by America veto and bullying in the face of an ever-growing global recognition that both Israel and the United States are reckless, careless and cruel.  Israel starves children, renders people homeless repeatedly under gunfire and missile launches, commits war crimes, violates UN resolutions repeatedly,  and vows to erase its enemy from the face of the globe.  Israel’s sworn enemy, an equally reckless, careless and cruel Islamic brotherhood, dares to call itself a government, but sheep’s clothing no longer hides the tyrants of the 21st century. The Permanent Five of the United Nations Security Council are guilty of subjecting the Occupied Territories of Palestine to decades of inhumane treatment. The jig is up.  Democracy can no longer be used by Israel and its backers as cover to ensure the support of nations.  Here comes Canada, Australia, the U.K., New Zealand and Portugal saying “no more” to Hamas and to any Israeli government that rejects international law.

Feigned Israeli Outrage and Defiance

Hamas, the supposed government of Gaza, can zip its lips, as its method is clear as day.  Israel lost its civility from day one, by not recognizing the rights of other human beings.  The standard Israeli response is totally expected.  “We will block the pathway to self-determination”.  “There will be no Palestinian state in [Canaan]”. Both the religious messengers of Zionist Israel and the political standard bearers have egg on their faces as Israel tries to convince the world that wrong is right. Netanyahu thinks that his virulent lies are great soundbytes.  It is all an act.  Even his name –  Netanyahu – is an act. A whole lot more of Hamas’ and Netanyahu’s coalition’s passion is pure drama for a captive audience.

The United Nations Awakes with the Power of Youth

We cannot expect a credible solution to the Palestinian Problem from the criminal elders who have made deals with the former colonial powers and are lobbying for trade deals.  They are seriously compromised.  The lives of the Jewish and Palestinian people are valuable even when the Netanyahu government has another standard. The United States is like Egypt of old, a broken reed. There is no longer a moral ground for supporting the brutal Occupation by Israel.  Any  reliance on US military power is misplaced. Bye, bye Israeli credibility! Hamas and Zionism are toast. Long live free and Palestine!

Keeping the great white north safe without justice

Church and State conspired to erase Aboriginal culture in Canada.  This is fact, not fiction, not spin, not rhetoric.  If you believe that the well-equipped police forces across Canada have no record of hundreds of missing children and women then you might need to have informed and courageous people on the city streets across Canada to keep you safe from the police and the hypocritical institutions of government and religion.  What is the price that people have to pay to be safe and exercise their charter rights?  I cannot wrap my mind around Canadian waffling at the United Nations on the massacre of Palestinians by Israel, and the repeated cracking down on and the demonizing of pro-Palestinian protest in Canada are sickening, no matter what noble sentiments come from the mildly incensed pundits and security experts.  A violent and racist Israel, the tyrannical Arab and Islamic states have nothing to tell Canadians about their commitment to the rights in the Canadian Charter.  All of you who want to live in a state where the state puts up walls between men and women, where the state rips up international law because it does not fit your tribal view of the world, are paving the way to untold misery and irreversible judgment.

Due diligence and “never again”

Massacres in Gaza and Lebanon will not erase the failure of Israeli security.  Seizing on the horrific murder and kidnapping of Israeli citizens by Hamas the Israeli government has launched a vicious annihilation campaign. The law demands a two-state solution but progress towards that is on and off like night and day.  For a people who have been face to face with God Israeli darkness is too thick to prevent accidents and negligence. Just think for a moment about the effect on an informed Christian who hears of an attempt to bring to nothing a sector of society seen as a mortal threat. To whom does “never again” apply?

GAFF and a host of bad actors

Grief, anger, fear and folly are common bedfellows.   Each is common on its own, and when they come together they bring humanity to the brink of the pit.  Keeping anyone safe involves transparent accountability for undertakings like security, retaliation and rebuilding.  Neither Israel nor the Hamas cowards who murder innocent people are capable of caring like mothers and fathers do.  Forgive me for thinking that politicians need to care for the people in their care like they are members of one family.  Canadians are not so naive as to bow down to complicity with Israeli lies about innocent lives.  The International Criminal Court knows that vigilante violence is a prominent tool in the Israeli policy of militarizing the Occupied Territories, and therefore the fear of endless war and discrimination that haunts Israeli and Palestinian families will not be pushed to the side.  Canadians should watch carefully the actions of their governments and make it abundantly clear that protest will never cease to be the means of shining a light on bad actors like – who came first? – Hamas, Arab and Islamic  hate for Israel.  The gaff Lord Balfour and the British government are guilty of forcing on the Levant is still a bad smell and none of the typical human solutions is capable of keeping Israelis and Palestinians safe.

Israel’s four minute mistake

April 5 2024

The Israel Defense Force is not blind, neither in the day nor in the night.  It was inevitable that the IDF would be caught killing innocents.  That has been the hallmark of the occupation and it has taken the international community all this time from 1948 to call Israel to account for its illegal behaviour.  Let’s face the facts.  The self defence shelter that Israel and its supporters cling to is as flimsy as the one Israeli life for thousands of Palestinians exchange rate.  The veto protection from the United States may soon be gone forever and mistakenly targeting aid workers for terrorists should be investigated by independent agents.

One American pinky flick

Zionism, settler spiele, miniscule political parties, the exclusive right to self-determination, and a tyrannical Prime Minister are all caught in the avalanche of failure.  Iran does not need to huff or puff.  All the angry evicted Palestinians need not twitch a toe.  One flick of the American pinky and Israel’s cherished sanctuary vanishes.  It is highly unlikely that Israel does not descend into an abyss of domestic terrorism and the most complicated and chaotic insurgency the world has ever seen.  Israel’s denial of the facts – simultaneous attack on an aid convoy with its vehicles 2.5 km apart – is sufficient for the US, but Israeli paranoia and impunity have become standard.  What is four minutes of terror against aid workers when compared to 75 years of brutal British-sponsored occupation?
