Christians do not believe that God exacts every penny for human rebellion,  mistakes,  bad judgment and conduct. Every scar we carry is proof that he autonomously relieves injury. The price everyone pays for good deeds is $0. No-one can pay the price for bad deeds. We could not die often enough. We are dead because of unbelief.
