The phony revolution concocted by Newt Gingrich and Jerry Falwell led to the election of a corrupt and incompetent businessman to the highest office in the United States.  Allied with shady religious denominations and super churches the goals of the founding fathers got tamped down under the rise and glorification  of greed, nazism and racism.  The whole world sees now that the popular labels – conservatism and liberalism – amount to a little hill of lies. The book is wide open, its pages covered with the dust of the lowest endeavours of humanity.

We have seen in the trumpettes little of the nobility that the world needs. They need their own truth, country, and special God. These valuables have been mere idols that have resulted in the sickness that excites simple and itchy ear people.

Twenty days after the election, after the 45th president suffered over two dozen losses in court, the president-elect can finally get to the business of governing and 45 can go back to his tax-cheating hobbies. The Christians who support the GOP can say amen and let the leaders lead. They need a new playbook.

Nunavut feels the sting

Is Nunavut’s low covid19 infection count – 18 – a factor merely of distance from Canada’s large metropolitan communities and travel hubs? If it is, Toronto had better look at who really live in the city and try to fix its image of “the Good “. Of course Toronto is a good place to live, but compare it to any city in Nunavut and we are back to school for fundamental lessons about earth stewardship.

First of all, let us cut the fat.  Judeo-Christian principles are not so sophisticated that we cannot say “Moses said” or “Christ said” and know with certainty that they can be on opposite sides of an issue. If a thing is Christian it has Christ as source. I have learned that the buck stops at Christ’s desk.

Where exactly is the Judeo-Christian contribution to the system of government that calls a 200k death count “what it is” and tries to remove health care coverage from the poor and middle class, and stacks the supreme court with right-wing neo-Nazis? Are people supposed to believe that supreme court justices only interpret the law and never break new ground? The fact that US law contains amendments tells us that it is not a monolith. It is a deceptive and idolatrous gambit to talk about simply interpreting the law as written.

We understand covenant and legislation well enough to reject the popular belief that any nation that has laws against theft, murder and covetousness is a moral entity.

It is reported that the golfer has stopped looking at the only process for confirming the people’s will in the 2020 election – the counting  – yet he tweeted “I WON BY A LOT” or something like that.  Truth be told, his crooked ways have apparently caught up with him and the warm truth of decency has closed the holes on him.

While the golfer was winning by a lot the people of the United States were winning back the office of the president by electing for the first time a 77 year old devoted public servant and senator.  The 46th president will have a dedicated public servant as Vice President.  Legacy is in the making.

The 45 jams again

On the evening of November 5th potus45 pretended to be addressing the American people but he simply put his feet firmly in his mouth and attacked the very process he is depending on to protect him for another four years from the mountain of criminal charges that awaits him. Where were the Attorney General and (keep-Mr. PRESIDENT-honest) Vice President when such a cloud of deceit was pouring out of the chief executive?

Pity is due as 45 wriggles and writhes in the grip of the mighty boa of the American voter, and they are who the president should be concerned about. The more he wriggles the tighter the constrictor coils.

America needs a gunsmith

The cheering crowd in the roon was not expected to be sober or conscientous. A small cadre seems ever eager to applaud everything 45 says: spin, hype, misdirection, sheer ignorance or malice. Hopes that an experienced person like VP Pence might take a noble stand are nearly dashed, The alliance between Christians and the agenda of the fundamentalist evangelicals and extreme religious groups should have been reviewed and rebuked when 45 came down staircase badmouthing Mexicans and when he called for a ban on Muslim immigration. Gunsmiths are hard to find.

Expecting a corrupt and seriously indebted businessman to act in any principled way is like expecting our robber-shepherds to be either the hammer or the anvil God needs in finding application of His word. Jams are inevitable, but the only way to imagine that they are not accidents is to assume that 45 and his Christian allies are all closet enemies if Christ’s disciples.

Fraud and integrity in person

At 0229 hours on the day after Election Day 2020 the menace in the White House announced to a cheering crowd of family, staff, and sycophants that the election is a fraud and that he would be going to the Supreme court to restore the integrity. His Vice-president on the other hand acknowledged that votes were still being counted. He may yet act responsibly and rebuke the deluded bigot for whom he has done a lot of latrine work. At least the VP acknowledged that votes were being counted.

The public decides

Election ends with counting not with bratty venting.

This mini show – a rambling demon-inspired nonsense display- came while votes were still being counted in AZ, WI, GA, NC, and PA. It is not surprising that there is criminal intent to block the counting of the many votes that were mailed in (and are still being received) due to the distress of covid19. The statement “read” took less than 30 seconds and was obviously a short list of numbers from selected polls.

The criminal from Mar a Lago does not get to say when counting ends and vote counters should get to take a break somewhere around midnight.

Vigilant against vigilantes

The wild west in United States of America history is a Satanic initiative. It is the natural outcome of poor character, the manifest destiny of thieves and robbers, and the undoing of a vision of Israelite-wannabes. You are so in favour of life that you think that a man can put semen into a woman without her permission and leave her no recourse to expel it and eliminate it’s effect. You think that guns in the hands of as many people as possible makes a nation secure. God does not approve of vigilantism. We condemn taking the law into our own hands from every quarter.

You are in popular but shameful company. People who want to kill innocent children are your heroes. Preachers and prophets who are dumb watchdogs, who have nothing to say to change racist and hateful words and practices (at home and abroad) are your heroes.

Since when does God want his will written on stone? Since when does God turn his administration of justice over to religious leaders? Both the Old Testament and New Testament are witnesses

In support of human life or death

When Muslims, Christians Jews profess the same readiness to ban, proscribe and execute violators of law who can deny that they are feeding the beast? These three groups love the label people of the book but they only want the notoriety of the designation and will have nothing to do with the central necessity for human life to thrive. Loving one’s neighbour is not a priority.

My observation is that religious and political leaders in 2019 all over the world have Donald Trump written on their foreheads and hands. They do not have the courage to distinguish Peter from James, a Benz from a Ford, God from man, condemnation from grace, or thief from shepherd.

You support the murder of Palestinians, Muslims, Jews and hope that noone notices that the United States and the United Kingdom are destined to betray the cosmopolitan destiny of Jerusalem, the city of God, and pursue their own prostitute’s vision of the world.

You want monuments to the Ten Commandments and you cannot even recognize your death in them. You think you can buy righteousness with your own filthy deeds and leave Abraham behind.

Vigilantees have the means to elevate Christ but choose to play the part of terrorist and disclose the soiled clothes and darkened imaginations of a Christ-rejecting generation.

Murder and rape are in the DNA of culture and religion. It needs to change. The authorities can put people into reservations and prisons but they have not yet successfully taken the truth out of God’s elect.

Stop playing games with people’s lives

When a business fails the chances are that the owner survives.  We may miss the service but missing a service during a deadly pandemic is small compared to the loss of a child or family member.   It is almost without humanity that politicians talk about opening for business.   The world is not a shop; it is a home.  Let’s not let the opening of schools be another oops.  It would be nice if kids came back from the dead.  The science of virus spread is not a mystery and neither is the unrestrained wrath of families who keep losing members.

Cash vs Fool’s Gold

Extreme caution, cold calculations, and courageous actions are not the stuff of press releases or public briefings.  Those jurisdictions where coronavirus keeps coming back can be right now tagged for protest and denunciation.  There are morons handling the messaging of covid-19 management.   Thank God, it is not the politicians who decode the data or shape what citizens need to do.  We are seeing, for now, a readiness to spend unlimited amounts from the public purse,  with the stated goal of helping Canadians survive and keep essential businesses alive and safe.  There are people threatening to unseat the common safety and knowledge, parading a fool’s gold love of freedom as preferable to a common experience.  We are going to miss a lot of meaningful experiences that one foolishly seek to recapture and the loss of life is bound to increase.

The right to live in my 2 metre personal space will not be abrogated by people who want to believe that that virus will simply vanish like a miracle or by people who want to keep us living in fear and ignorance.  Among them, we will find , businessmen, politicians, pastors, and many average Joes.
